Tao Chuan Cheng is a Taiwanese theater and TV actor. He is a native of Penglai County, Shandong Province. He is the father of Guofeng Industrial founder Tao Zi. He was the Voice of the Taipei radio station, hosting the radio shows "On The Road Again", "Taipei joys of the weekend", "Back To The 70",and "Tao Dad On The Road" on Western music programs.
