The movie opens with Shih Nan as a decorated police instructor in Mainland China, educating young recruits in terms of fluency in foreign languages, martial arts, and the ability to see through the walls, even though she herself has no experience of such things. Her loyal nephew, Sheng, is still working with her, and to the pair joins another “expert” who is a Kung-Fu guide called Tiger Hsu.
