Zaitsu Ichiro is a Japanese actor, comedian, and singer born in Kumamoto City, Kumamoto Prefecture. He graduated from Kumamoto Prefectural Seiseiko High School. From 2011 until his death, he refuses new jobs due to his poor physical condition and is practically retired. On October 14, 2023, he died at the age of 89 due to heart failure.
